Your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong model, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your case arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will process a replacement free of charge.

Please note: refunds are not issued unless a replacement is not possible.
